Lalmani Memorial Sansthan (LMS) is a nongovernmental, non political and non religious organization committed towards all round development and well being of the community by enabling people.

LMS works to uplift the status of community by raising the diverse standards/indicators of quality of  life of the community, such as, woman empowerment, gender justice and providing equal opportunity for all , promoting education, health and sanitation, livelihood generation, protection of child rights and incorporation of sustainable techno-scientific approach in the community development process.

Eradication of poverty and preparedness and management of different aftermaths of disasters in this multi disaster prone region are areas of concern for the organization.

The organization firmly believes in participatory approach in addressing these issues and supports Government / Local Self Government and non governmental initiatives in the aforesaid areas.
